Shirts & Masks Fundraiser

To those who have given the Austero Family monetary support, thank you and God bless your generosity.  However, as you all know (see Where Your Help Went page), they are far from getting rid of the financial burden.  This is why Evelyn's family and friends came up with these fundraisers.  We hope you will patronize and help the Austero Family raise the needed funds to pay off Evelyn's medical bill.

SHIRT SIZING: Shirts are unisex and come in XS, S, M, L, XL, and 2XL.

MASK COLOR: Comes in black, grey, red, blue, green, yellow, and pink.  The masks are one-size only.

PRICING: Shirts sell for Php350.00 per piece.  Masks are priced at Php100.00 per piece.  Shipping charges not included in price.

PROCEDURE IN ORDERING:

1. Fill out the ORDER FORM.
2. Wait for an email or text acknowledgement and billing (which might include a shipping fee, if that option is selected).
3. Pay the billed amount through Globe Cash (GCash) to Edelyn Morales - 09178525207.  Take note of transaction/reference number and send it via text message to GCash number.
4. Wait for a final email or text confirming receipt of payment and notice of order shipment.
